Mediation

Service Description

Click on any available calendar day to request service and indicate preferred start time in the booking form. Mediation services are billed at the rate of $300/hr, subject to a two hour minimum of $600; $300/hr thereafter. A two hour minimum of $600 shall be charged for late cancellation/postponement (less than two calendar days notice). No charge for travel time. Fees as stated apply unless court order, agency order, or published panel/roster rates dictate different rate, in which case that rate governs. We usually bill immediately after the mediation.
